Computerization and Modernization
In the general context of the policy of reducing the digital divide in Africa, we promote information and communication technology targeting governmental and educational institutions. In this context, we propose customized solutions in the computerization and modernization of education systems and the administration in general with the introduction of practical ICT applications.
School Canteens
The food network envisioned by Katchi will allow school canteen to be supplied with food products in collaboration with farm cooperatives, economic interest groups and other state organizations active in this field. The objective is to ensure good nutrition and prevent malnutrition and hunger in schools.
Student Housing
Objective: to provide pupils and students, an ideal setting to study and to insure their well being.
Katchi residences are housings to accommodate students who are sent to new academic institutions after graduation, away from their home town and parents. The admission system put parents in very critical situations after their love ones graduate.
The major problem is accommodation. In search of a solution, parents often send their children to relatives or other acquaintances or guardians. Living conditions in this context are not conductive to academic success. Sexual abuse and domestic workload are the most common reported unfortunate experience by victims.
In its approach to a practical solution, Katchi plans to open student residential centers to offer alternative housing options to parents and students.
